Our trained support staff can help meet your support needs, at whatever point in life you are your family are at. We provide excellent and respectful personal care and in-home support and community access. Whatever your dreams, goals and plans are we will help you achieve them. And hey, if you just want to company to watch a few movies with, we can do that also. Our service delivery is centred on clients and involves them and their supporters in every aspect of their care. Quad Care prides itself on their quality service delivery and supporting clients to participate in and belong to the community, while becoming independent, autonomous directors of their own care. Quad Care provides services within a holistic person-centred approach and operates within a philosophy of individual risk management based on supporting dignity of risk for each person accessing services.
Quad Care is committed to providing early intervention services and implement active engagement strategies to support access to services. Quad provides a flexible and responsive service which is able to respond to each individual’s needs. Quad Care identifies barriers to service through consultation with stakeholders, feedback processes and strategic planning and will put systems in place to ensure these barriers are addressed. With over 50 years’ of combined experience supporting a diverse range of people and disabilities, we understand the heartache and challenges that come for people and their families living with dementia. We provide specialised support to ensure that our clients and their families are supported with respect and compassion.
Our staff are trained in and utilise reorientation and redirection techniques whilst also providing emotional support and assisting with personal care needs. We’re able to offer a variety of specialised support to improve quality of life outcomes for people with dementia in the comfort of their own homes!
