Community Activities

Quad Care’s Community Hub is the headquarters for NDIS participants of Woodford and surrounding areas to access Allied Health, Capacity Building and Community Participation services.

Our goal is to work with participants to provide opportunities to achieve their NDIS goals all while providing person-centred support.

Our unique and authentic services are the foundation of Quad Care’s movement for person-centred care across Woodford, Moreton Bay and Somerset Regions.

Capacity Building Activities

Quad Care’s Community Hub will provide opportunities for NDIS participants to strengthen their skills and capacity for a self-sufficient and independent lifestyle. Our Capacity Building services are established with the fundamentals of an educational approach that aligns with an individual’s needs and NDIS goals. Our services incorporate the engagement of an individual’s physical, cognitive, emotional and social skills to enhance their functional ability.

Allied Health

Our Allied Health professionals work under a client-centred approach to deliver quality and authentic service. The health professionals of the Community Hub are diverse in their services and knowledge and will work with individuals of all ages to achieve their NDIS goals.
